farlo.com.au is operated by Farlo ("Farlo", "we", "us", "our"), based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Our products

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. We may change or discontinue products at any time and may limit the quantity available to any customer.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was displayed in error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. For international orders, import duties and taxes charged by your country are paid by you. Payment is taken in full when you place your order, through the payment options shown at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, but if your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the carrier and replace or refund it. Please check that your delivery address is correct when you order.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Farlo name and logo, product designs, photographs and text, belongs to Farlo or its licensors. Please do not copy or use it without our written permission.

Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or feedback, you allow us to use it to promote Farlo. Please make sure anything you send is your own and is lawful.

Using our website

Please use our website lawfully and do not try to interfere with how it works. Our online store runs on Shopify.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
