Your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery addresses.
Your order history, returns and messages you send us.
Payment details, which are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information about your device and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar technology.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, returns and exchanges.
To reply to your questions and provide customer service.
To send you emails about new arrivals and offers, if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
To keep our website secure, prevent fraud and improve how the store works.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with businesses that help us run the store, such as Shopify (our e-commerce platform), our payment providers, delivery partners such as Australia Post and Sendle, and our email and analytics providers. They may use it only to provide their services. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage outside Australia

Some of our service providers, including Shopify, store information outside Australia, in countries including Canada and the United States. We choose providers that protect personal information to a high standard.

We make clothing for children, but our website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
