Why we chose organic cotton

Farlo organic cotton onesies and pyjamas on a wooden clothes rack

The first decision we made at Farlo was the fabric. Everything else followed from it.

What organic cotton means

Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers. The result is a soft, breathable fabric that feels good against the skin.

Why it matters for little ones

Babies and young children wear their clothes close to the skin, all day and often all night. Soft, breathable organic cotton is a simple place to start.

Made to last

Our knits and fleece hold their shape and get softer with washing. Clothes that last through a year of wear can be handed down to the next child.

Caring for it

Follow the care label on each piece. A cool wash and line drying will keep organic cotton soft for longer.
